Wade Carter, a husband and father of two daughters, is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant with over two decades of leadership forged in real-world operations, training environments, and high-visibility positions. His military career included serving as a Vehicle Operator/Dispatcher, as technical instructor at the Vehicle Operations schoolhouse at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and as the Commandant of the Aubert E. Dozier Airman Leadership School at MacDill AFB, Florida, where he was instrumental in preparing hundreds of future NCOs annually. From the motor pool to the classroom to the frontlines of mentorship, Wade has built a legacy rooted in integrity, excellence, and fearless communication.
Wade is the author of Freedom-Driven Speech: How to Delete Fear and Deliver Excellence with Power and Authority and Spiritual Survival: How to Ignite the Fire of God, Transcend the Mountain of God, and Walk on Water. These books deliver a bold, faith-based approach to leadership, self-mastery, and overcoming internal enemies. Drawing from his personal battles with fear, failure, and the pressure to perform (survive), Wade equips readers—especially military men and women and the Faith-filled—with the mindset and spiritual tools to lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.
Through Premier Performance Training and Development and the FDS Dojo, Wade now trains aspiring leaders, speakers, and warriors of faith to communicate with confidence and live with spiritual authority. His content connects deeply with warriors of every kind—military, spiritual, professional—who’ve felt the pressure to lead, speak up, and stand firm when fear strikes.
Whether you’ve worn the rank or are learning to rise into your own, Wade’s message is simple: God didn’t give you fear. You let him in. Delete Fear and stand in your power and authority—speak with boldness, and lead with integrity.
