Dish Name
A Surrendered, Spirit-Filled, Fearless Life
Serving Size: Daily
Prep Time: Early
Cook Time: Until the flesh breaks
Heat Level: 🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients:
1 Prayer, Praise and Worship (PPW) altar, guarded with intentionality
Daily portion of the Word (minimum one full chapter—raw, not microwaved)
1 heaping cup of PPW (not entertainment—true engagement) (minimum 15–30 min, stirred with hunger)
1 measure of fasting (as needed to silence flesh and train discipline)
Regular obedience (not optional, no substitutions)
Full surrender of will, plans, and excuses
Daily repentance (fresh oil only)
Surrounding atmosphere of spiritual accountability
Instructions:
Prepare the altar.
Clear your morning. Make time. Silence the noise.
Do not proceed unless the altar is clean and undistracted.
Feed the spirit.
Read the Word slowly—eat it.
Let conviction rise. Let it offend your flesh. That’s how you know it’s working.
Mix in prayer and praise.
Use your real voice. Get out of your head.
Cry out. Repent. Listen. Repeat.
Let the fire burn.
Stay there until your will bends.
Let your tears fall. Let your excuses die.
Walk it out.
Obey what you heard. Forgive. Apologize. Cancel the plan. Fast. Speak up.
Do whatever the Spirit told you—no delay.
Repeat daily.
Do not refrigerate. This must be made fresh each day.
Warnings:
Flesh will resist.
Fear will lie.
People will misunderstand.
The devil will attack.
But the Spirit of God will strengthen you, fight for you, and transform you.
“For our God is a consuming fire.” (Hebrews 12:29)
