The Story Behind the Mission
I didn’t set out to become a speaker, a coach, or a leader.
I was just trying to survive.
Like so many others, I was deceived by fear. I thought I had my own fearful problems: so I stayed quiet, stayed safely out of the spotlight, and suppressed my personality, power, and authority. Even after joining the military, earning rank, and being given authority, I knew deep down: fear was running things and I had to do something.
It reached a breaking point, called upon God, and expected everything to shift.
What started as a personal journey to overcome stage fright became something much bigger. I didn’t just learn how to speak. I learned how to confront the real enemy behind my silence, hesitation, and weakened leadership: Fear. And I realized that every person who has been hiding, shrinking, or second-guessing themselves is not weak—they’ve just been listening to Fear and believing that it was their own thoughts.
That’s why I built Premier Performance Training and Development and the FDS Dojo. That’s why I wrote Freedom-Driven Speech and Spiritual Survival. Because once I got free, I couldn’t keep this to myself.
I’m not here to entertain. I’m here to equip. I want you to be a fearless, Spirit-led communicator who leads with authority, lives with purpose, and refuses to bow to fear again.
